Adult Protective Services responds to the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of Richland County's elderly citizens.

If you or a loved one is 60 years of age or older and living in an unsafe situation, or if you suspect an elderly neighbor may be unsafe, call the Adult Protective Referral Line: 419-774-5473.

Alzheimer’s Association’s Caregiver Survey 

Please help Richland County Adult Protective Services support the Alzheimer’s Association by completing a survey that will provide information to assist the local Alzheimer’s Association in meeting the needs of individuals with alzheimer's and dementia and their caregivers
