About NET
Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) is a statewide program administered by Richland County Job & Family Services for Medicaid eligible customers. NET provides transportation to and from appointments with Medicaid providers.
Who Qualifies?
NET services may be provided to:
- Customers eligible for and in receipt of a Medicaid insurance card
- Residents of Richland County
- Users of this service must be able to transfer from a wheelchair to a vehicle independently
What is included?
- Transportation authorization may be in the form of bus tickets, gas vouchers, or taxi
When should transportation requests be submitted?
- NET requests must be submitted 10 working days before transportation is needed

Fill out one of the following documents, based on your need:
- Bus Ticket
- Gas Card
