For non-life threatening emergencies, such coming up short on rent, trouble feeding your family, or needing a ride to a doctor’s appointment, contact Richland County Job & Family Services at (419) 774-5400. We’ll do what we can to get you help fast.

The First Call 211 service is a partnership between Richland County Job & Family Services and the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library. The telephone service is available 24 hours/365 days a year. Walk-in services are available at 36 W. 3rd Street, Mansfield, OH 44902 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.
